Sumac and Avocado Chocolate Mousse Macarons

Ingredients:

2 egg whites, at room temperature
5 tbsp. Caster sugar
1/2 c. + 2tblsp almond meal
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 heaped dessert spoons of sumac

Method:

Filling
Ingredients:
2 avocados
5 tblsp of raw cacao powder
1/4 cup of nut butter
1/4 cup honey
6 medjool dates
1/2 TSP of vanilla paste

Method:
Put in food processor until very smooth. I just used a teaspoon to put the filling on the first shell of each pair and then topped with the second with a slifght twist.
