Gluten Free Muesli

I never measure quantities when making up a batch of muesli. I have a large plastic container that I make and store it in.  I typically eat this with kefir (fermented milk) and a handful of berries. Will write about kefir in more detail another time.

Ingredients:

  • Puffed millet or amaranth (I prefer the amaranth)
  • Flaked almonds
  • LSA (linseed, almond, sunflower meal)
  • Goji berries
  • Dried apricots, chopped
  • Dried crystalised ginger, chopped  (A local Queensland brand sells this as naked ginger)
  • Dried apple, chopped
  • Cinnamon (1-2 teaspoons to taste)
  • Chia seeds

Method:

Place in ingredients in layers into a storage container leaving a bit of room. Close it up and shake to mix.
